Tanya, you need to order the Braddan film first, and if Emily not found, all the Douglas films - for 1851-1853 bapts - through a LDS Family History centre and do as Philip suggests. Online records are not reliable, unless they are scans of the originals.
Whether or not you find Emily's bapt on one of the films (and I would check similar names such as Emma as well, and all those where only the mother is given) you know exactly where she fits in to the Andreas Joughin family, which is pretty good going in a couple of days.
