My Quilliams are a collateral branch in my Clague ancestry. Anyone know of any Quilliam descendants in this line?
According to ancestral file, James Quilliam and his wife Catherine Elenor Clague wound up in Carleton, Victoria, Australia. I do know that my Catherine Elenor Clague does disappear from the Isle of Man after her August 13, 1850 marriage to James Quilliam:

And Ancestral File does seem to pick up the same family in Carleton, Victoria, Australia as follows:

But then Ancestral File goes seriously south! Ancestral File claims that James Quilliam's wife is as follows:
Wife's Name
Catherine Elenor CLAGUE (AFN:45TP-HJ) Pedigree
Born: 1824 Place:
Christened: 16 Oct 1824 Place: Malew, Castletown, Isle Of Man, United Kingdom
Married: 14 Aug 1850 Place: Malew, Castletown, Isle Of Man, United Kingdom
Father: Thomas CLAGUE (AFN:CK61-TL) Family
Mother: Ester CAIN(E) (AFN:CK61-VR)
My serious contention is that Catherine Elenor Clague instead, is the daughter of Thomas Clague and Eleanor Gelling.
