The vicarage-house was built in 1722, to which Bishop Wilson gave 95; and rebuilt in 1769.
In the garden of the vicarage is the ancient Romanesque font, which has been removed from its place in the church. The church was rebuilt in 1720-30, and again in 1774.

1 In Santon churchyard, on "The Great Stone":-
SIR JOHN COSNAHAN, late Vicar of Kk St. Anne, being Minister in the said Parish 38 years, departed this life the 24th of June 1656, and was buried the next day following in the yard under the Great Broad Stone, for he left in his last Will that he should be buried there.
2 SIR HUGH COSNAHAN, Minister, buried September 25, 1690, under the Great Stone, in his father's grave, Vicar of the Parish 23 years. a The Reverend JOHN COSNAHAN, Son of Sir Hugh, who was Vicar of this Parish about 34 years, and aged 56 years, in his Father's and Grandfather's grave, tinder the Great Stone, in the yard. He departed this life the 14th of April, and was interred the 16th, 1724.
3 On a tombstone, alongside " The Great Stone":-Here repose the Remains of the Reverend THOMAS KEWLEY, Seven years Vicar of this Parish, who died on the 12th of April 1835,aged 39 years. This Tomb is erected by his Parishioners as a Memorial of their universal Esteem and affectionate Regard for him as a Minister and a Man, and their sincere Regret at his early Decease. Remember them who have had the Rule over you, who have spoken unto you the Word of God: whose faith follow, considering the end of their conversation.-Heb. xiii. 7.
