The Humble Petition of John Bridson Junr Wm Bridson & Wm Bridson all of the parish of KK Malew.
Sheweth that Your Petitioners being under Confinement in St Germans for being Guilty of the Heinous sin of prophaning the Lords day by playing at Bowls thereon Yr Petrs therefore from a Consciousness of their Guilt and the offence they have given does heartily repent promising by God's help never to be guilty of the like for the future.
Therefore Your Petrs Humbly begs your Reverence will be pleas'd to grant their Enlargemt out sd Confinemt they willing to give Bonds for their amendment of Life and faithfully promising not to be guilty of prophaning the Lords day for the future Which Granted they as in Duty Bound shall pray &c.
The 17th Octobr The above Petitionrs is in Custodie Jno Murray.
Oct 17th. When the petitionrs have given Bonds to the Constable of Peel Castle pursuant to their Censure their Enlargement is Granted

Wee Robt Quayle & Wm Taylur Do beome [sic] bound in the sum of Three pound Ad Usun [sic] Domini That the above Petitioners shall perform Church Sensure As Witness our hands this 17th Octobr 1753.
