FACULTY TO PEW IN THE CHANCEL OF KIRK BRADDAN CHURCH.

At the humble request of Michael Oates of Douglas to erect a Seat in the Chancell of KK. Braddan Church, in a place already set out for that purpose: I do hereby authorize the said Michl. Oates to erect his seat according to his desire. Given undr my hand & Seal this 24th of Septr 1698.
