Report of the Commissioners for the draining of fens and marshy grounds. Finding the land at Lough-ne-Greagh to be flooded owing to insufficient drainage, they order that a 9ft.wide drain be cut to take away the water from Droghad-e-Gollane (by a route specified in detail)to the ancient watercourse between the Duke's land and that of Wm.Radcliff of BallaKelly. The drainage of Kion-ne-Shooin is also ordered. |
