| AP_22 | Analysis of Tithes by Parish, as taken from W.Pettman's Field Books - 17 statements, These show every Estate in the parish,with the name of the occupier, and the area laid down to various crops.They also show the estimated average yield per acre of the various crops,and a valuation of the total based on these figures. From this and from the estimated rentals an estimate is made of the value of the tithes due They also show the estimated value of the Living. and in some cases have remarks such as that Gorse,if not broken and ploughed up,will soon smother all other herbage.
