LETTER from the Duke of ATHOLL.
GENTLEMEN, London, February 6, 1792.
I Have the honour to inclose a state of the Population of the Isle of Man, just received from thence.
I am given to underftand, that many of the parishes are very exact ; but that in others, the numbers are given in too low, insomuch that the Population of the Isle of Man may in fact be estimated at thirty thousand souls.
