LETTER from the KEYS to the Speaker, requesting him to apply to the Governor to convene the Keys.
SIR, March 8th, 1765.
AS the Affairs of this island are under the Consideration of the Parliament of Great Britain, We think it necessary that We and the Rest of the Keys should be convened to consult what should be done for the Good of the Community, and therefore request you will as soon as convenient apply to His Honour the Governor for that Purpose, not doubting in the least of his ready Compliance.
