and bequeath unto my wife
Esther Redfern all my property
and effects real and personal
of every kind nature & description
and wheresoever situated to

adminors& assigns from the
day of my death for ever
And I nominate & appoint
the same Esther Redfern sole
executrix of this my last
will & testament subscribe
