Episcopal Will 1811 book 2, Malew of Nicholas Taggart of Arbory, died 1811:

"Know all men by thee presents that I NICHOLAS TAGGART of the Parish of KK Arbory being at perfect memory and sound understanding do hereby make this my last Will and Testament. In the first place, I commit my soul to God and my body to a decent Christian burial. Item, I leave and bequeath to my GRANDDAUGHTER ELIZABETH SHIMMIN ALS TAGGART the sum of five guineas. In this last place I nominate and constitute and appoint my lonely and loving SON MATTHIAS TAGGART sole and whole Executor of all and singular all te rest of my goods chattels and effects moveable and immoveable of what nature so ever they be, as also all the money or sums of money which I am possessed of or have lent out upon interest or otherwise, to be possessed by him the said MATTHIAS TAGGART (at my decease) as his only real right and property. Witness my name this 11th April 1811. Witnesses Jno:Quayle, Margaret Shimmin.

THE BEFORE MENTIONED NICHOLAS TAGGART died on the first of July 1811.

BETWEEN MATTHIAS TAGGART plaintiff and ANN TAGGART defendant, In the Consistorial Court [There is a dispute regarding the will: the 2nd wife Ann brought out a different will that witnesses indicated was written under duress, with threats toward Nicholas from the wife Ann, so that this second will was favorable towards the wife Ann.]

[THE 2ND WILL:] I NICHOLAS TAGGART of KK Arbory being of sound and disposing mind memory and understanding at the making hereof but considering the uncertainty of this life do make this my last Will and Testament in manner following. I commit my soul to God and my body to be buried at the discretion of my Executor hereinafter named. I leave unto my SON MATTHIAS TAGGART five shillings as legacy. I leave and bequeath unto ANN MY WIFE all my right title and interest in and unto that dwelling house wherein I now live, also the out houses and offices to the same belonging or appertaining, also my right in and unto those two fields or inclosures of ground adjoining the said Premises for and during her natural life and upon her decease my will and desire is that all my right and title in and to the said Premises that is to say the one half and the said houses lands and Premises do fall and descend unto my GRANDSON MATTHIAS TAGGART JUNIOR SON OF MATTHIAS before named. And I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint ANN MY SAID WIFE whole and sole Executrix and residuary legatee of all my goods rights credits chattels and effects of what kind or nature soever whether moveable or immoveable and I do declare this to be my last Will and Testament hereby revoking and making void all other former will or wills by me heretofore made and executed.
