Archdeacon Wills 1794 #52, German, of Caesar Wattleworth senior, of near Peeltown:

"In the name of God, Amen. The last will and testament of Caesar Wattleworth senior of or near Peeltown being throught the abundant mercy and goodness of God though weak in body yet of a sound perfect mind understanding and memory, do constitute this my last will and testament in manner and form following this 22nd of November 1793. First, I commit my soul to God and my body to Christian burial. Item, I leave and bequeath to my daughter Barbra the sum of forty pounds with a feather bed with bed clothes. Item, I leave and bequeath unto my daughter Elizabeth the sum of forty pounds with a feather bed with clothes. Item, I leave and bequeath to my son Samuel the sum of five pounds. Item, I leave and bequeath to my daughter Ellinor Caine als Wattleworth to sum of one pound four shillings and six pence. Item, I leave and bequeath to my daughter Margaret Gell als Wattleworth the sum of one pound four shillings and six pence. Item, I leave and bequeath unto my daughter Lenora Cowin als Wattleworth the sum of one pound four shillings and six pence. Item, I leave and bequeath unto my son and heir Charles Wattleworth the sum of five shillings. Lastly, I nominate constitute and appoint my loving wife Margaret Wattleworth als Callister my whole and sole executrix of all the rest of my goods and effects be they of what kind or denomination soever excluding and debarring persons claiming any right to my goods with six pence legacy each, this 22nd of October 1793. At a Chapter Court holden at KK Patrick June 26, 1794, the executrix is sworn in Court in form of law and hath given pledges for the payment of debts and legacies namely the witnesses of the will."
