Santan March the 28th 1790 This is affirmed to be the last will and testament
of Margaret Martin alias Bridson of the parish of Santan, being in perfect mind
and memory at the making thereof.
Imprimis: she committed her soul to God and body to Christian burial.
Lastly, she nominated and appointed her two daughters vizt., Margaret and Jane
Martin joint and equal Executrices of all her effects moveable and immoveable
of what nature soever and left to all claimers whatever the Law provide.
Witnesses: William Gick, John Leece, jurati.
At a Chapter Court holden at Castletown June .. 1790 The Executrices are sworn in Court in form of Law as also to be true and just the one to the other in the division of the effects and .... give in pledges for the payment of debts and legacies namely Wm Gick one of the witnesses & James Skillicorn both KK Santan.
