At a Chapter court holden at the house of Thomas Quine in the parish of Kk Patrick on the 14 June 1790
Catherine Kelly alias Corkill of the parish of Kirk German departed this life on or about 31st day of March last past intestate. The Court having intelligence thereof have decreed her seven children namely Mathew Philip Elinor Sarah Mary Ann and Catharine Kelly co-administrators of all and singular her goods chattels and effects moveable and imoveable whatsoever and the said Philip being under age and the said Mathew and Catherine absent, Nicholas Cowley husband of the said Elinor and Edmond Garret husband of the sd Sarah and Ann aforesaid are sworn guardians and supervisors of the said Philip as also in trust for him as well as in their own right well and truly to administer the said goods and effects of their intestate, to pay all his [sic her ?] just debts so far forth as the said goods and effects will extend and the law shall bind them and to return a true and perfect inventory of the said estate to the registry of this court to these ends they have given pledges in form of law namely John Kaighin and John Cosnahan both of the parish of Kk German Decretum Est Joh Moore Ev Christian inv 4 pages £60 2 8½
Catherine Kelly bur 31 Mar 1790 Kk German; husband Patrick m 15 Nov 1757 Kk German, both of parish. There is a burial for a Patrick Kelly 4 Jul 1782 which could be her husband, another Patrick was buried 21 Oct 1773
There is a marriage between Edmond Garrett and MARY Kelly 9 Aug 1789 Kk German (one witness Thos Kelly Lockman) - cannot find a marriage for Sarah until 1791 a Sarah Kelly to Robert Quilliam
