Archdeacon Wills 1777 #39, Andreas, of John Quark, died 28 Feb 1777:

‘This is affirmed to be the last will and testament of John Quark of the parish of KK Andrews who departed this life on or about the 28th day of Febry last 1777, being of sound mind and perfect memory at the making hereof. First, he committed his soul to God and body to Christian Burial. Item, he left five shillings legacy to his beloved wife Mary Quark als Crebbin. Item, he left and bequeathed to his three children namely Edmund, Catharine, and Mary Quark all their own goods on what was named upon them before that time. And seven pence each legacy to the witnesses of his will. Lastly, he nominated, constituted and appointed his three children aforesaid namely Edmd, Cath, and Mary Quark sole and lawful executors jointly and equally of all the rest of his goods moveable and unmoveable whatsoever.

Witnesses: Robt Curlett, John Radcliffe.

At a Chapter Court holden at Lezayre June 4th, 1777, the executors are sworn in Court in form of Law and also to be true and just the one to the other in the division of the effects and have given pledges for the payment of debts and legacies, namely the witnesses of the will.’
