Episcopal Wills 1775 German #2, of Philip Gell

This being the last will & testament of Philip
Gell senr of Kneeb in Kk German who departed this life
the 20th of August 1775 being of sound & perfect mnd
and memory at the making hereof - as follows
First committing his soul to Almighty God & his body to
christian burial
2ly He left to his grandson James Gell eldest son to
Philip Gell junr al his part or right to the quarterland of
Kerroo Cord likewise all his right to the quarterland of
Kerroo Glass & airy-lane together with his right or share of
the Mill also all his right of that parcel of intack land called
the close which lieth near Glan Croutil all which premises are
to pass unto his sd grand son James Gell as in the nature of 
inheritance which he is to possess after the death of his parents
the sd Philip Gell jnr & Cathrine his wife which Philip Gell junr
& his sd wife are to enjoy & reap the benefit of the premises during
the life of the longer liver of them And after their decease as soon as
he his sd grandson shall possess the premises he is then to pay unto
his youngest sister Cathrine Gell the just sum of ten pounds
Itm he left to his grandson Philip Gell youngest son to the sd
Philip Gell junr all his right or part o that close of intack land
which adjoyneth to John Cottier's land
Itm he left to his son William Gell the sum of seven pounds &
a guinea which was in hands of Capt Moore of Kk Lonnon
Itm he left to his grandchildren his said son William's children
a guinea each
Itm he left to Anne Gell illegitimate daughter to the sd Philip
Gell jnr a guinea
Itm he left his son the sd Philip Gell junr to pa unto his daughter
Anne the just sum of ten pounds
Lastly he nominated & appointed his son the sd Philip Gell
junr to be whole & sole exectr of all the rest of his
goods & effects moveable & immoveabe of what nature or kind soever
and excluding any other person or persons that might
prtend to claim further right to his goods with sixpence

& has given pledges for the payment of debts
