"This being the last will and testament of Joney Waterson of KK German who departed this life about the 30th of March 1772, being of sound and perfect mind and memory at the making hereof as follows: First, committing her soul to Almighty God and her body to Christian burial. Secondly, she left to Thomas Mylevorrey, Peter Myleworreys son, the feather bed she lay upon with the best suit of clothes she had to the same. Also she further left him her best pot, her largest pewter dish, a chest which she bought of Silvester Mylechreest and what would be a shirt for him of linen cloth and one half of the money which the said Peter Myleworreys wife knew where it was owing or due to her. She left to Thomas Watterson her stepson as much as would be a shirt for him of that cloth she got made this year. Lastly, she nominated and appointed her stepdaughter Anne Myleworrey als Watterson to be whole and sole executrix of all the rest of her goods and effects moveable and immoveable whatsoever and excluding any other person or persons that might pretend to claim further right to her goods with six pence legacy apiece. Witnesses: Thomas Taubman, Wm Goldsmith.
At a chapter court holden at Peeltown 22nd May 1772, Peter Mylevorrey husband of Anne Mylevorrey is . . . 1772: A true and perfect inventory of the goods left as legacy by Joney Watterson of KK German, deceased, to Thomas Myleworrey a minor son of Peter Myleworrey of said parish valued and appraised . . ."
