This being the last Will & Testament of Margret Quine of KK German who departed this life about the 4th day of June 1768 Being in perfect mind & memory at the making or Uttering thereof as follows First Committing her Soul to Almighty God & her Body to Christian Burial 2dly She bequeathed & left to Anne Fargher Daughter ^to^ Philip Fargher that Twenty Shillings Which Margery Lord widow in KK Patrick had ^or got^ from her And that John Danson of Peeltown uncle to the sd Anne Fargher was to recover the same of Margery Lord & to keep it untill his sd niece Anne Fargher came to age who was then to get the same Item She left to Elizabeth Crellin Daughter of John Crellin of BrackaBrown the sum of Twenty Shillings Item She left to Ellinor Crellin wife to the sd John Crellin all her Shaped Clothes both linnen & woolen Lastly She Nominated and appointed Anne Crellin Daughter of the said John Crellin to be whole & sole Exectrix of all the Rest of her Goods or Effects moveable or Immoveable of what nature or kind soever And excluding all other persons that might pretend to Claim further right to her Goods with Six pence Legacy apiece Witnesses present Ellinor Kelly als Killey my mrk X } Jurati Alice Quayle my mrk X } The Testatrix declared before the sd witnesses that Philip Fargher was Indebted to her ^in^ the sum of Fifteen Shillings & that the said Executrix was to recover & get the same from him At a Chapter Court holden in Peeltown 17th June 1768 The Execx. is Sworn in Court in form of Law & hath given Pledges for the paymt. of Debts & Legacies namely Thos.
