The last will and testament of Joney Cormoad als Crebbin, made the 7th of April 1760, being of sound mind and memory at the making thereof. First, she commited her soul to God and body to Christian burial. Item, she bequeathed to her son Thomas Cormoad all her right to a parcel of land in KK Andreas known by the name of Philip Cowles Croft, together will all her right to the goods he has heretofore made during his above with the testatrix. Item, she left to her son Daniel ten shillings legacy and to her son Donold fourteen pence legacy. Item, she left to her son William three pounds legacy and to her daughter Eleanor all her shaped woolen and linen clothes. Lastly, she nominated and appointed her son Thomas sole and lawful executor of all the rest of her goods moveable and immoveable whatsoever. To the witnesses she left twelve pence each. Witnesses: Wm Sayle, Richd Cowley.
At a Court of Correction holden at Lezayre 10th March 1766, the executor is sworn in Court in form of Law and hath given pledges for payment of debts and legacies namely Daniel Sayle and Wm Sayle one of the witnesses of the will, both of Andrews.
