Archdeacon Wills 1766 #61, Peel, of Elizabeth Parr als Qualtrough of Peeltown, German:

‘In the name of God, Amen. I Elizabeth Parr als Qualtrough of Peeltown, calling to mind the uncertainty of life, and being of sound mind and memory at the making hereof do make this my last will and testament in manner following. First, I leave and bequeath to my sister Jane the sum of twenty pounds. I leave and bequeath to my brothers, viz., William, Cavalier, Thomas, Edward, John & Charles the sum of ten pounds each. Lastly, I nominate and appoint my loving husband Caesar Parr whole and sole executor of all the rest of my goods and chattels moveable and immovable of what nature soever. In testimony whereof I hereunto subscribe my name this third day of January one thousand seven hundred and sixty six. [signed] Elizabeth Parr. Witnesses: Patrick Carran, Joseph Cosnahan.

At a Chapter Court holden at Balnyhowin 6th Jun 1766, the executor is sworn in Court in form of law and hath given pledges for the payment of debts and legacies namely the Revd. Joseph Cosnahan and Patrick Carran the Witnesses of the will.’
