Archdeacon Will 1762 #67, Andreas, of Philip Radcliffe, died beginning of April 1762:

"The last will and testament of Phillip Radcliffe of KK Andrews who departed this life about the beginning of April last pass and was of sound mind and memory at the making hereof. First, he committed his soul to God and his body to Christian burial. He left to his son Thomas forty shillings & bed clothes and that said Thomas was to get room in a house when he would come their way. Lastly he nominated and appointed his son John Radcliffe whole Executrix of all the rest of his goods moveable and immoveable whatsoever and left one shilling each to the witnesses of this will. Witnesses: Phillip Sayle, James Teare.

At a ChapterCourt holden at Lezayre 7th June 1762: The Executrix is sworn in Court in form of Law and hath given pledges for the payment of his debts and legacies namely Philip Sayle & James Teare both of Andrews of witnesses in the Will.

July 4th 1774: I Thomas Radcliffe son of within named Testator Philip Radcliffe do acknowledge to have received from my brother John Radcliffe Executor of the last will and testament of my said father Philip Radcliffe the sum of forty shillings and bed clothes a legacy bequeathed me by the last will and testament of Philip Radcliffe aforesaid, and I do hereby acquit the said John Radcliffe, his Executors, Administrators and Assigns of said Legacy every part thereof. Witness my mark to my name the day and date above written. [signed his mark] Thomas Radcliffe."
