Episcopal Wills, 18 Feb 1761, KK Santan, of Ann Oates als Quinney:

Ann Oates als Quinney departed this life on or about the 7^th day of January last past Intestate. The Court upon intelligence thereof had decreed her five children, namely Robt, Willm, James, Ann & Mary Oates sole and joint administrators of all her goods and chattels moveable and imoveable whatsoever. Isabel, wife of Willm Taylor, having as is alledged obtained a marriage dowry. James, Mary & Ann only being present, are sworn to be just to one another & their absent co-administrators in the division of the goods, & have given pledges for payment of debts according to law, namely Wm Calister & Wm Killip both of KK Santan. The Administrators present have agreed their father shall have the dead’s part of the riding horse as legacy, and he is sworn to render a just & true account of the goods of the dead to the administrators.
