Kk Malew 1760: This is affirmed to be the last will and testament of JOHN QUAGGIN of this parish who departed this life on or about the first of February last, being of sound mind, and perfect memory when the declared these following words:
Imprs, He recommended his soul to God and his body to Christian burial.
Itm, He left and bequeathed to his DAUGHTER JONEY a sheep and lamb.
Itm, He left and bequeathed to his DAUGHTER EASTHER ten shillings.
Itm, He left to his SON JON QUAGGIN all his wearing apparel.
Lastly, he constituted and appointed his DAUGHTER MARGT whole and sole Execrx of all the rest of his Effexts moveable and immoveable of what kind or nature soever. This in presence of us: William Cubbon my X, Issable Kirmod my X, jurati. [will was proved 19 March 1760]."
