In the name of God, Amen. We Henry Radcliffe and Ellinor Radcliffe of Gordan in the Parish of Patrick, being of sound mind and memory and calling to mind the uncertainty of this mortal life do jointly make this our last will and testament in manner and form following. First, we commit our souls to Almighty God and our bodies to Christian burial. We leave and bequeath unto our son Henry Radcliff one crown legacy. We leave and bequeath unto our daughter Marjery Quirk als Radcliffe one crown legacy. We leave and bequeath our daughter Catherin Radcliffe one crown legacy. We leave and bequeath to our son Thomas Radcliffe one crown legacy. We leave unto our daughter Margret Radcliffe one crown legacy. We leave unto our son Charles Radcliffe one crown legacy. We leave unto our daughter Ann Radcliffe one crown legacy. Lastly, we do hereby nominate, ordain, constitute, and appoint whomsoever of us shall survive the other sole executor of all the rest of our goods moveable and immoveable whatsoever, hereby revoking and disannulling all other wills heretofore made by us, and appointing this to be our last will. At a Chapter Court held at Balnahown June 1st, 1759, Henry Radcliffe survivor of the within Testatrix is sworn executor according to law, and hath given pledges for payment of debts and legacies, namely Patrick Karran Creg-lhey, and John Gell of German.
