Thomas Cowle perished by sea on the coast of 
Scotland on or about the 23d Octbr last intestate. 
The court having intelligence thereof decrees 
his two brothers & two sisters namely John
Edward, Margaret & Mary Cowle joint Adminors
of all his goods & chattells moveable & imoveable
whatsoever - whereupn the sd John, Edwd, Margt
& Robt Lowey husband of Mary are sworn for paymt
of debts according to law, as also to be just to one
another in the division of the goods, & have given
pledges in form of law namely John Gill of Lezayre
& Edwd Martin of Ramsey
Decretum est Ro Radcliffe, Matths Curghey
