[top part of will is torn away]: ". . . . . . . . . . . his hand. . . . . . . . . . . he bequeathed all his worldlye estates and goods to Gilbert Kinghen---[?] his wife Margret Gell whome also he constitute his laweful executors. Witnesses: Jo:Colvin, Righnold Cayne, jurati. Probatum et Solvit 10d. Inventory in the whole amounts of debtless goods to 1 pound 17 shillings 0 pence. Pledges Jo:Cowine & Reighnold Caine.

Xx May 1657: Gilbert Shimmin entereth his claim againse the execr of Gilbert Shimmin for 11d for goods due to him which was sold by the said Gilbert, & craveth tryall according to Law. Margrett Caine enters for 4s."
