The last will and testament of Elizabeth Wattleworth als Taubman who
departed this life the 9th of February 1747, being of sound and disposing
mind and memory at the making and uttering thereof.
First, tis presumed that she committed her soul to God and body to Christian
burial as not being perfectly overheard in that particular.
Item, she left her two daughters Ann and Elizabeth two gold rings that were
in the chest, one to each of them.
Item, to her son Caesar the little heifer in the brew house.
Lastly, she nominated, constituted and ordained her loving husband Robert Wattleworth
whole and sole executor of all the rest of her goods and chattels moveable and
immoveable.
Witness: Christopher Quay, William Tear.
The executor is sworn in Court in form of Law and hath given pledges for payment of debts and legacies vizt., Mr. Charles Wattleworth and William Cooper junior.
