John Waterson departed this Life about the 16th of this Instant, Intestate The Court having Intelligence thereof hath decreed his next Relation, namely Nicholas Woods the only Son of Margt. Woods als Waterson Sister of the Deceased Sole Administrator of all his goods & Chattels moveable & Immoveable whatsoever- who is Sworn in Court in form of Law - And gave pledges- vis.t. Robt. Moore & Iam [Wm?] .Waterson
