Patrick Sayle perished by sea upon the 29th
of June last or thereabouts. The court upon
intelligence thereof hath decreed his brothers
and sister vizt Philip, Thomas & Elizth Sayle
joint adminrs of all his goods moveable and
immoveable whatsoever - Thomas & Elizabeth
being both abroad Philip Sayle the othr adminr
is sworn in court in form of law, who is to present
an inventory and has given pledges vizt John Callow
fleet (?) & Peter Corkill
