Mary Killey als Killey departed this life about the 15th
of May last intestate - The Court upon intelligence
thereof hath decreed her son & daughter vizt William
& Margt Killey, together with the orphans of her son John
who survived her, adminstrs of all her goods moveable &
immoveable whatsoever - Willm being a dumb lad
and not capable of of managing the effects due unto
him - The same with the childrens part of goods
are committed to Margt afforesd - who is sworn to bring
a perfect inventory to the records as also for payment
of debts and has given pledges - vizt Thos Cane of Kk
Michael & John Crane Balnahown
Jony the relict of John Killey is sworn to give a
just accnt in order to perfect the inventory

John Killey perished under the rubbish in the quarry near
Creg:Mallyn about the 30th May last intestate - the court
upon intelligence thereof hath decreed his two children vizt
Jony & Margt Killey jont admintxes of all his goods moveable
& immoveable whatsoever - who being under age Margt
the aunt is sworn supervisor & has the deads part of ye childrens
& goods committed unto her - pledges are Thos Cane of Kk Michael
& Jo Crane Balnahown - Jony Killey the widow is sworn to
render a true acct of yt goods to perfect the inventory
