whereas Jon Maddrell youngest son of Hen Maddrell
who decd in July last objected agt admn of his sd fatherr's
goods being granted to his brother Tho Madrell
alledging that he had recvd a marriage contract wch
he has not made to appear; & therefore the court has
decreed the sd Tho Maddrell & his sister Ellin Gawn
als Maddrell joint admrs of their sd fathers goods
& effects jointly with the above Jo Maddrell, Wm Stole who is married to Margt Maddrell
another daughter having declared at the last
court that he expected no benefit by this decree
& they are sworn in court & gave pledges capt
