KK Andrews: In the name of God, amen. I BAHEE MARTIN ALS SAYLE being by Gods blessing of sound mind & memory, but in a weak and very sickly estate, do make this my last will & testament this first day of Febry 1731/2, in manner following.
First, I commit my Soul into the hands of God, & my body to Christian burial.
I leave & bequeath to my GRANDAUGHTER BAHEE TEAR a legacy of five pounds, & a red petticoat.
To my DAUGHTER JONY in BallaQuane, I leave twenty shillings, and the feather bed whereon I lie, with all the cloaths thereunto belonging, as also a white blanket & a sheet, together with all my shap'd linen & woolen cloaths except such as are otherwise bequeathed.
To my DAUGHTER IN LAW ELIZABETH MARTIN, I leave my strip'd stuff petticoat as a legacy.
To JAMES & ALICE TEAR, THE CHILDREN at BallaQuane, I leave a sheep & a lamb apiece legacy.
To JAMES FARAGHER'S WIFE (who is a poor woman), my wearing brown waistcoat.
I leave to BAHEE CORMOAD one of the witnesses of this my last will 12d legacy. And to the Curate, the other witness, I leave a mutton.
And lastly, I nominate, constitute & appoint my loving SON JOHN MARTIN of Knock y Doonee sole & whole Executor of all the rest of my goods & chattels moveable and immoveable of wt nature soever. In Testimony whereof I have put my mark to my name, the day and year above written. BAHEE MARTIN ALS SAYLE my mrk X. In presence of us the witnesses: Bahee Cormode her mrk X, Edwd Moore, jurati.

THE EXECR SWORN IN FORM OF LAW, and hath given pledge to pay debts and legacys &c Wm Brew of the Gilkagh. Probatum & Solvit 12d. JULY 13, 1738: BAHEE TEAR THE GRANDDAUR OF BAHEE MARTIN has now recd the legacy of five pounds bequeath'd unto her by ye within Testatrix, and does thereupon acquit JOHN MARTIN the Excr of the same for ever. Before me, Edwd: Moore."
