Archideaconal Will 1731 Andreas #20, of Jane Goldsmith als Teare

Andrews, 9th June 1731: The last will and testament of JANE TEAR of KK Andreas wch she made on or about the 13th of March last being of perfect mind & memory at the making thereof.
Imprs, she bequeathed her soul to God and her body to Christian burial.
Itm , she bequeathed to her DAUGHTER BAHEE GOLDSMITH a little wheele, the big chest & her wearing linen, she the sd BAHEE to give to her SISTER ALICE a big coife and a laced coife, and a big coife and petticoate to her neighbour Joney Kneale. She also left to her sd DAUGHTER a peckeld petticoat, a sheet & blanket, and a ga---e-the pledding, & a black petticoat to ALICE.
Itm, she bequeathed to her DAUGHTER ALICE GOLDSMITH the black petticoat and blanket, in the chest and ye blanket wch was then under her and a pair of staybodys.
Itm, she left to her SON WM GOLDSMITH the rest of the sd pledding and left that her SON IN LAW JON. KNEEN was to learn him the shoemaker trade wch he himself professed[?] according to the conditions of marriage betwixt them the sd JANE and ye sd JON KNEEN.
Itm, she left that her sd SON IN LAW JON. KNEEN & ANN HIS WIFE shoud pay to her sd DAUGHTERS ALICE & BAHEE the sum of ten shillings betwixt them wch belongs to them by the death of their father, & her wastecoate & her handcarcief to her COUSIN KATH: CAMAISH.
Itm, she bequeathed to her COUSIN JONEY TEAR her smock or shiff and left to her DAUGHTER IN LAW KATH CLAITER her xxx apron.
Itm, she left to her DAUGHTER ANN TEARE a petticoate & wastecoat, and left to her two DAUGHTERS the sd BAHEE & ALICE the bed whereon she lay in ye same manner as it was at yt time.
Itm, she left to her SON DAN: TEAR halfe ye heifer in respect of xxxx due tuition and an open barrel & left 6d each of ye witnesses to this her last will.
Lastly she nominated and appointed her sd DAUGHTERS BAHEE & ALICE sole Executrices of all the rest of her goods movable and immovable whatsoever. Wittnesses hereunto: Jon. Kneale, Kath: Camaish, jurati.

AT LE AIRE, MAY 15TH 1731: KATH: CAMAISH declares upon oath, that the Testatrice said at making her will that it was not worth while for the Execrxs to strive wth her SON DAN: about the sacks & that he had the pledge. BAHEE one of the Exectrx being under age, ALICE the other Execrx, is sworn to bring in an Inventory & pay all debts & legacies & pledges John Kneal junr & Cha: Radcliffe. The goods in the hands of ALICE who is sworn overseer. Probatum & solvit 12d. ALICE THE EXECUTRIX AT AGE declares by virtue of her oath that the goods did not extend to ye paymt of the debts of the Testatrix."

Jane's oldest children are Daniel Teare (married Catharine Cleator 1730) & Ann Teare (married John Kneen 1725). Her younger children are William Goldsmith, Alice Goldsmith, & Bahee Goldsmith (underage when she died). Jane outlived her second husband John Goldsmith. In her will, she mentions a cousin Catharine Camaish (?? Cath Teare md 14 Apr 1722 Andreas to John Camaish) and cousin Joney Teare. Is Jane's maiden name Teare?, as well as the name of her first husband? There appears to be a marriage contract on the marriage of daughter Ann Teare to John Kneen: it may contain more vital information.
