Archdeacon Will 1724/5 #114, Malew, of Robert Quay, died 4 Feb 1724/5:

"The last will and testament of Robbart Qua who died about the fourth day of February last. First he committed his soul to God and body to Christian burial. Item, he bequeathed unto his daughter Jane five shillings legacy. Item, he bequeathed to his daughter Ann six pence legacy. He also bequeathed unto his children Robbart Qua, Edward Qua, Elizabeth Qua, Eamy and Margrett Qua to be joint and equal in all the limed land and all his outward goods. Item, he declared that there was twenty shillings due unto him from John Quackin in Ballasalley. Item, he declared and said that whatsoever was due unto him from his father in law or mother in law or from his brother in law he left all unto his son Robbart and himself to recover it. Item, he constituted and appointed his children Edwarde, Elizabeth, Eamy and Margret sole and whole Executors of all the rest of his goods moveable and unmoveable whatsoever. He also bequeathed unto his wife the house in Castletown and after her death to fall due unto the Executors above said.
