Archdeacon Wills 1723 #4, Marown, of Nicholas Clucas, died about a week before Easter 1723:

"June 17th, 1723: Nich: Clucas who departed this life about a week before Easter last past made the following will and testament before us whose names are subscribed. He committed his soul to God and his body to Christian burial. He left to his wife an heifer. To his youngest son and youngest daughter a choice sheep and lamb betwixt them, and to his son Thomas 6 pence legacy. He left and appointed his childre Philip, Ewan, John, Catherine, and Margaret his Executors of the rest of his goods moveable and immoveable. Witnesses: William Cottier, William Kelley.

Ewan, John & Margaret being absent, the other two Executors, with the wife, are sworn in Court in form of Law.

The goods of John and Margaret are in Philip’s hands and hath given pledges, the witnesses of the will.

A true and perfect Inventory of Nich: Clucas of KK Marown who departed this live about a week before last. The dead’s part of the effects: 1 pound 17 shillings 6 pence."
