KK Andreas: NELLY SKINNER ALS TEAR departed this life about the 23d March 1720 intestate, whereof the Court having intelligence hath decreed her FOUR CHILDREN vizt., JOHN, WILLIAM, BESSY, & DANIEL XTIAN[?] Admrs[administrators] of all her goods movable & immovable, who are all under age, their FATHER is sworn in Court in form of Law, to whom a legasy shall be order'd upon sight of the Inventory. Decretum est & Solvit 2s 0d.

THE INVENTORY IN MOVABLE goods in ye dead's part 00:14:00;
Immovable goods on ye Deads part 01:15:10;
The remainder after the seed was sown 00:05:00;
The crop to be added next Court, which amounts to 4 pounds 3 shillings 11pence 02:01:8,

THE WHOLE DEBT betwixt HUSBAND & WIFE is 1 pound : 7 shillings : 9 pence, the Dead's part thereof is about (----d being his to thes[?] quick goods) 00:12:06;

The Legacy to the husband is 4s besides 2 stookes of Barley, in regard he takes the children unto his own hands 00:04:00;
