"KK Maughold: The last will and testament of Christopher Callow of Ballaglass, being in perfect sense and memory, committed his soul to God and his body to a Christian burial, who departed this life this 4th day of January Anno 1717/18. He bequeathed to his two sons Robbart and William the fourth part of all his cattle and of his horses and likewise the fourth part of all his household goods. He bequeathed to his daughter Katheren and to her husband six pence apiece in legacy. And six pence apiece legacies to any person or persons that would claim any further right to any part of his goods whatsoever. He did appoint and ordain his daughter Issable to be sole and full Executrix of all the rest of his goods moveable and immoveable. Whatsoever. Witnesses: John Costean, John Colkett.

February 14th, 1717/18: Wm Callow enters a claim against the Executrix of Christopher Callow for fourteen pence in money and a pole worth 6 pence and craves the Law.
