KK Andrews: This is affirmed to be the last will & Testament of MARGRET KNEAL ALS JOUGHIN, who departed this life about ye 6th Decr 1717, being in perfect mind & memory at the making thereof.
First, She committed her soul to God, & her body to Xtian burial.
Item, She declared that she owed JOHN KNEAL taylor six shillings for corn, & she had paid him three shillings thereof, & three shillings unpaid.
Item, She declared she owed two shillings four pence to DAN: KNEAL for wool.
Item, She left six pence legacy to her SON WILLIAM.
Item, To her SISTER BAHEY JOUGHIN six pence legacy, or a waistcoat.
Item, She declared she owed six[?] pence to John Ratcliff taylor for work.
Item, To ye witnesses of the Will six pence each.
Lastly, She constituted & appointed her DAUGHTER MALLY KNEAL her sole & lawful Execrx of all her goods moveable & immovable whasoever; And she to pay her debts. Witnesses: Cath: Sayle als McYlkarane, Anne Lawson als Crenilt.
THE EXECRX SWORN in form of Law. Probatum est & solvit 12d. Pledges to secure the office & pay all debts & leacys are Wm Kneal & Jon."
