Archdeacon Will 1716 #31b & c, Patrick, of John Clucas, died about 17 April 1716, & Mary Clucas als Callister his mother, died about April 1716:

"The last will and testament of John Clucas who departed this life about 17 April 1716. First he committed his soul unto God and his body to Christian burial. Item, he left to his brother Richard Clucas half a bolloih[?], an iron crow and all his right in the xxx that were betwixt them. Item, he left to his sister Mary an heifer with a couple of the sheep with their lambs. Item, he left to John Fargher his big xxxx. To his sister Margaret a sheep and a mutton. Item, he left his mother Mary Clucas Executrix of all the rest of his goods. Witnesses: Phil: Quilliam, xxx Clucas.

Mary Clucas mother to the said John clucas who departed of the said month, made her will in form following: [She commended her soul to] Almighty God and her body to Christian burial. Item, she left to her daughter Mary Clucas thirty shillings. Item, she left to her daughter Margaret a blanket and three pounds of wool. Item, to her daughter in law Cathrine Quilliam a kerchief. Item, to Mary Kewn a coife. Item, to her aforesaid daughter Mary all the wool then in the house, and likewise to her said daughter Mary the third part of all the linen yarn in the house and flax in the house, she adding to it two pounds of linen yarn since the last was in the house and then to have the third of the whole besides a black petticoat. Item, she left to her grandchildren Alice Keon and Isable Clucas her half of her sheep that was betwixt her and her daughter Mary. Item, she appointed her son Richard Clucas Executor of all the rest of her goods. Item, to her daughter Mary the bedclothes she lay in and a chest. Witnesses: Phil: Quillaim, Margaret Joughin. Thomas Keon and Mary Clucas the xxxxx to the last preceding wills of their mother and brother Mary Clucas and John Clucas have agreed as follows, vizt., the Executor Richard Clucas is to pay the said Thomas Keon ten shillings upon condition of this agreement and to his sister Mary Clucas the weaving xxx pay for the weaving of all the linen clothe xxx and her will and likewise the weaving of all the woolen yarn or wool in the house at the death of their mother as witness their marks to their names this 2nd day of May 1716. Witnesses: Philip Quilliam, Margaret Joughin. The two last preceding wills are accepted consentum partium, & Richard Clucas the Executor sworn in form of Law. Thomas Keon & Mary Clucas having acknowledged the annexed agreement."
