Archdeacon Will 1711/2 #26, German, of Daniel McYlvorrey, died 8 February 1711/2:

"KK German 1711/2: This is affirmed to be the last will and testament of Daniel McYlvorrey who departed this life the 8th of February anno predicto.

First, he committed his soul unto God and his body to Christian burial.
Item, he left to his heir his part of the team and crop, the team consisting of eight beasts, viz., five oxen and three steers and the wife Anne consented to leave her part also of the said team and crop after her death to the heir likewise.
Item, he left likewise to his said heir a heifer which he thought might be in calf and his riding horse, and a black young mare, and also another mare called the rough mare, with her two colts, and one dozen of sheep, and a big chest with the two bedsteads with all the husbandry gears of what nature soever belonging to the tenement, to which the wife likewise consented after her death.
Item, he left his half of Greeb[?or Great] Meadow being purchased in his own time to his heir and the wife consented to leave her part after her decease.
Item, he left also to his heir another parcel of Meadow Land called Boaly Shoggal Meadow, and to pay forty shillings to his Executors to which the wife consented after her death.
Item, he appointed his two sons Henry and Patrick McYlvorrey joint Executors of all the rest of his goods of what nature soever.
Item, he appointed Thomas McYlxt[?McYlchreest] overseer of his children and left him twelve pence legacy.
Item, he left to the witnesses of his will twelve pence apiece. Witnesses James Crellin, John Crellin.

The Widow & Thomas the eldest son are sworn overseers in form of Law. The widow has consented in the face of the Court to the will above expressed.

The Inventory at next Court. German: The Inventory of the Goods of Danniel McYlvorrey amounts in gross to 12 pounds 10 shillings 00 pence.
Item, more xx a Meadow called Boely Shoggal if the xxx to the same Meadow he is to pay by the father’s will forty shillings: 2:0:0.
The goods of the two youngest children in the hands of their mother and brother who have given pledges in form of Law John Killy for the mother and Sill: McLeingh[?] for the brother."
