"Andreas: Henry Lace being a seaman abroad for some years past and dying intestate as tis alleged, the Court hath therefore decreed his next of Kin, vizt., his brothers William, John, Thomas, & Michele Lace true and joint Administrators of all his goods moveable and immoveable whatever. Michell being absent the other three are sworn in Court in form of Law. Pledges, Thomas Cowle senior in form of Law."
