STEPHEN TEAR departed this life about ye 13 July 1705 intestate; whereupon ye Church hath decreed his two CHILDREN vizt, CATHERINE & JONY his true & joint Admrs of all his goods movable & immovable. The CHILDREN being under age, their UNCLE JOHN TEAR is sworn in form of Law, with their MOTHER to bring in a perfect Inventory. Decretum est & Solvit 12d.
THE INVENTORY AMOUNTS IN GROSS clear to ye CHILDREN 11s 8d 0:11:8. The goods in ye hands of ye Supr JOHN TEAR who hath given pledge for ye same JOHN TEAR Gennell."
