Archdeacon Will 1702 #16, Patrick, of Marriot Radcliffe als Kermode, died about 9^th March 1701/2:

"Mariot Ratcliff als Kermot departed this life about the 9thof March last intestate, whereof the Court having intelligence hereof decreed her 2 children Margery and Margaret Ratcliffe joint Administrators of all her goods moveable and unmoveable whatsoever. The next of kin, vizt., John Quirk in behalf of his wife Isabel Kermot & Robert Kermot & Isabel junr supervisors, Robert & Isabel junior having surrendered their right to their sister Isabel senr if the children die under age John Quirk is thereupon sworn sole Supervisor in Court in form of Law. Half the children and goods in the tuition of John Quirk who has given pledges in form of Law John Martin and Richard Huggin."
