First she committed her soul unto God and her body to Christian
burial Item. She left to the poor a firlett of barley, Item. She left
unto her son Daniel the Heir , her part of the cropp of corn, her
part of the team of oxen with her part of all gears thereunto
belonging and also her part of a mair in foal. Item. She left to the
said Heir her part of all the lands in the Curragh upon condition
that her husband should also leave his part of the said lands unto
his said Heir, after his decease, provided also that her said husband
should enjoy the said lands for 14 years for a help to maintain her
small children. She also left the said heir a furnish't feather (bed)
and in consideration of this bequest, she left that the said heir
should (pay) unto his two younger brothers three pounds (that is to
say) to William (twenty) shillings, and to David forty. Item. She
willed that if it so please God as that the present Heir should die,
and so the next child to inherit that then what part of goods may
fall unto him by virtue of her will shall descend unto the rest of
the children, and he onely to have the benefit of the bequest here
made unto the present Heir, and likewise if any of her hereunder
named Executors should die, that then his part of goods should fall
equally amongst the other two and so from one to one successively.
Item. She left to her dear husband her part of the (riding) horse,
her part of the boat with all things thereunto belonging and a
(piece) of mixt cloth that was then in the house for to make him a
coat.
Item. She left to her sister Mally , her choice suit of clothes
(viz.) a black (petticoat) and a red one, her choice wastcoat, her
hood, and a green apron.
Item. to her sister in law Catherine Christian als Keruish, a red
petticoat (with two) laces to it.
Item. To her sister in law Catherine Christian als Crinnill, (a
brown) petticoat of sarge and a wastcoat.
Item. To her neece Catherin Christian a red flannell petticoat and a
brown sarge one,
Item. To Jane Christian a fine linnen apron with a suit of her best
linnens. Item. To Anne Christian of Shellag another suit of linnens.
Item She left all the rest of her (linnen) to her sister Mally, and
her neece Catherine betwixt them. Item. (With (the con-) sent of her
husband) she left to John Quark three yards of linnen cloth.
Item. She nominated and appointed her three sons Phillip, William and
(David joint) 'Executors of all the rest of her goods moveable and
unmoveable.
Item. (she also) left the Heir her part, of all the hoop't vessels in
the house.
Item. To (the Curate) (a choice) mutton, and to Charles Saile her
part of a calf that he had then
