Archdeacon Will 1696 #09 bk 1 Arbory, of Thomas Moore:

"Arbory: This is affirmed to be the last will and Testament of Robert Moore who being in perfect memory at the making thereof, first committed his soul to God and body to Christian burial. Item, he bequeathed to his brother John Moore a hat. Item, to his Aunt’s daughter Mary Quirk an ewe lamb. Item, to Joney McNemeer his fellow servant he left his chest. Item, he bequeathed to his Aunt’s son Robert Quirk a neck cloth. Lastly, he constituted his dear father Robert Moore sole executor of the rest of his goods moveable and immoveable whatsoever. Witnesses: Edward Killey his mark X, Jane Quirk her mark X, jurati. The Executor sworn in Court in form of Law. Pledges to secure the office and pay all debts are Robert Shimmin and Edward Killey, whereupon the Executor is excused from bringing in an Inventory. Probatum est et Solvit."
