last will and testament of Christian Qualtrough als Nelson who committed her
soul to God and body to Christian burial. It: she bequeathed to HEN: and CHRISTIAN
QUALTROUGH two young sheep. It, she said yt she had but a quarter of a heifer,
& left ye said to her SON EDMON for her funeral charges and what other goods
soever she had, she left all to ye said EDMON and her blessing: and also bequeathed
to her SON RICHD'S CHILDREN 6d Legacy, to cut them off. Also she nominated and
appointed her said son EDMON executor of all. Testes: Wm Watterson, Wm Lowcy[or
Lowey], jurati. THE EXECR AT AGE is sworne in Court according to Law. Probatum
est et Solvit 1s.
AN INVENTORY OF YE GOODS OF CHRISTIAN QUALTROUG ALS NELSON examined & priced
by Jon. Qualtrough & Jo Corbinn as followeth: The goods in gross amounts
to ye sum of 00 pounds : 19 shillings : 00 pence. Pledges in forme of Law Mr.
