"KK Malew, December 28, 1668: The last will and testament of MARY WATTLEWORTH ALS BREW being sick in bodie but of good and perfect memory committed her soule to God and her bodie to Christian burial. Item, she bequeathed her part of the goods to her HUSBAND HENRY WATTLEWORTH, her MOTHER and her CHILD, and the longer liver of them to have all.
Item, she bequeathed to her BROTHER PHILLIP BREW 2s 6d and a smocke to his wife.
Item, she bequeathed to MARGRETT CHUBE[?] the blew petticoat that then was about her.
Item, she bequeathed to Mrs. MARY SHARPLES a black hood.
Item, bequeathed to her midwife a good handkerchief and an apron.
Item, she declared that there was no more of her father's goods in the house but 2 chairs[?], a caddow, and 2 pewter dishes.
Item, she bequeathed her part of the house or houses to her DAUGHTER ELIZABETH WATTLEWORTH and if God did take away her said DAUGHTER by death she will and bequeathed all her part of the houses and goods to her loving HUSBAND HENRY WATTLEWORTH and constituted him her Executor.
Item, she nominated and appointed her BROTHER IN LAW JOHN WATTLEWORTH Ramsey and her own MOTHER supervisors of her said DAUGHTER ELIZABETH WATTLEWORTH.

FEB THE 18TH 1668/9: WILLIAM STANLEY enters against the said executors for the sum of 10s due debt.

FEB THE 18: JOHN GUNSTONE[?] enters his claim against the executor of MARY WATTLEWORTH ALS BREW for the full sum of fortie s due debt as appears by especialty and craveth trial.

FEB 18: NICHO: BREW enters against the said executors for 35s due debt. FEB. 18: EDWD XXXXXX enters for 40s due debt.

MARCH 9TH: MR. THO: NORRIS enters his claim against the executors of MARY WATTLEWORTH ALIAS BREW for the sum of 15s 10d due debt and craveth trial.

JUNE THE 18TH 1669: DAVID MURREY enters his claim against the executors of MARY WATTLEWORTH for the sum of 5s due debt.
