Archideaconal Wills [Bride] 1666/7 - Jony Lace

In Noie. Dei Amen. I Jony Lace als Kaighin sicke in body but whole (in) mynde & perfect memory praised be God make my last will as follows
Imprimis. I committe my soule to God & my body to Christian buriall
Item; I leave to the poore whatsoever pleaseth my execttors to give the night that I am l(odged)
Item; I leave to my son Thomas Lace the fourth part of the crop of corne I gave him at the tyme of his contraction & he to returne 3 boules of (it) to the heire. Item; I leave also to my said son 1 oxe & halfe a colt
Item; I leave to my 3 children Viz. Gilbert, Mitchell & John Lace another quarter of the crope of corne & they to returne 3 boules more out of the same to the (heir)
Item; I leave to my son Gilbert & John Lace all my parte of the wilde sheepe (in)the Comons in the pointe of the heire.
Item; I leave to Jony Lace a b... and a sheete & a petticoatte & westcoate with a sheepe & lambe & a ... choice coate & also a quarter of a cowe,

Item; I leave to my grandchil d Ales Lace a petticoate. Item. I leave to William Christians children a sheepe & a lambe,
Item; I leave to my daughter Ales children a sheepe and a lambe. Item; I leave to my daughters Margaret & Ales Lace wearinge apparell both of linen & woollen.
Item; I leave to my 3 sons Gilbert, Mitchell & John Lace all that peece of cloth that is in the ... milne equally betwixt them. I leave to my son John a petticoate.
Item; I leave to the Parson 1 mutton & I constitute & ordayne my 4 sons Thomas Gilbert, Mitchell & John Lace my true & lawfull Executors of all the rest of my goods & to see this my will performed.
