This is transcribed from the 1760 copy of the 1704 document (MM microfilm RC2)
The copy is on successive pages of a bound book - the folio numbers fo presumably correspond to the pages of the original from which this 1760 copy was made.
Values of rent are given in Roman numerals (transcribed as Arabic) but the column values are in Arabic numerals. Entries were standardised - I have separated out the initial name of each entry for ease of reference.
The original document forms the base of N.G. Crowe Survey of Douglas Vol 1 - The Quarterland & Cottage Rents of Douglas c 1705 2001 - published privately and available via IoMFHSoc - see also www.manxroots.info - Nigel Crowe gives considerably more information about each property and is strongly recommended for any additional research. Nigel states that the original was finished a little later than Kk Onchan sometime in 1704/5.
