You wouldn't have a 2nd Great Great Grandmother, three times removed to contend with, because "removed" applies only to cousins (so far as I know). If your gt gt grandfather married twice, and you descended from his wife no 1, his 2nd wife would have been a step grandmother to your grandparent - although I doubt she would have been known as that - probably just Granny!
